We focus in particular on complex, chronic and recurrent cases — patients who haven't responded as expected to previous treatment, and owners seeking a specialist assessment or surgical referral. When clinically appropriate, a case is reviewed across our team of more than eight veterinarians, supporting broader differential diagnosis, better-prioritized diagnostics and a more coordinated plan.

Our objective isn't only successful surgery — it's patient safety through the entire surgical journey.
A dedicated isolation area separates infectious or potentially contagious patients from the general population, supported by structured cleaning, disinfection and infection-control procedures. Medical hospitalization is available for patients needing continued treatment — IV fluid therapy, medication, nutritional support, monitoring and postoperative care.
We approach Trap-Neuter-Return as a structured medical and welfare program, not just a sterilization procedure — initial health assessment, preoperative evaluation, appropriate anesthesia and pain management, monitored recovery, and post-procedure guidance for community cat caregivers, rescuers and residential communities.
A large, fully air-conditioned boarding facility inside the hospital — an advantage for pets who need extra attention or medical monitoring while owners are away. Grooming covers hair trimming, bathing, coat care, nail trimming and ear hygiene, with strict cleaning and disinfection between patients.

Emergency patients need rapid triage, prioritization, stabilization and timely clinical decisions from veterinarians trained in emergency assessment. Our approach starts with ABC — Airway, Breathing, Circulation — then stabilization, targeted diagnostics, treatment and continuous monitoring.
